Two Ingredient Flatbread
It’s rare to find a viral recipe that works. But when it does, it’s hard to go back to using any other method of making the same meal. This two-ingredient flatbread is now my go-to flatbread recipe! It’s made with two things: Self-raising flour, yogurt (and salt, but we don’t count that!).
Now self-raising flour might be causing alarm bells and the urge to comment what self-raising is. It’s nothing but flour with some baking powder. It’s easy to make at home (and far cheaper).
Now I’ll be honest, this isn’t the finest flatbread money can buy but it’s cheap, easy to make, and made with things you will always have at home.
You can make this with any flour you like but you will need to make your flour self-raising for this to work!

Ingredients
110 g flour
0.5 tablespoon of baking powder
125 g Greek yogurt
0.25 teaspoon salt
Method
In a large mixing bowl, combine your flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk well so incorporate all the baking powder evenly across the flour.
To the same bowl add Greek yogurt and mix well, until combined. Use your hands to incorporate the flour and yogurt and form a ball of dough.
Lightly flour a wooden or kitchen surface. Sprinkle a tablespoon or two of flour on top of the ball of dough. Transfer the dough onto the floured surface, and press into a circular shape. Divide the dough into 4 even portions.
Re-flour the surface again, and get one portion of dough. Use a rolling pin and roll it out into a circular shape. Repeat the process until you have 4 uncooked flatbreads.
Heat a large, non-stick pan on medium heat. When hot, place one flatbread on the heated surface and cook for 2-3 minutes, before flipping and cooking for another two minutes. Repeat the process until all the flatbreads are cooked.
