Stacked Potatoes

Now, HEREโ€™s a snack that takes your potato experience to a whole new level and all it takes it some pantry ingredients and some patience. We love making this as a side or just a fun snack on the weekend. Pro tip, whip up some yogurt or sour cream serve on top!

Ingredients

4-5 potatoes washed, skinned, and sliced thin

1/4 cup of parmesan or any cheese of your choice (preferably hard cheese)

1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon oil

1/2 tablespoon salted butter

Method

  1. Preheat oven or air fryer at 200 celsius

  2. Wash your potatoes, peel and slice them on the thinnest setting of your mandoline

  3. Mix spices with oil and potaotes and mix well

  4. In a greased cupcake mold, shave some cheese add the potato stacks to the brim and bake for 20-25 minutes.

  5. Remove, add a knob of butter and shave some cheese on top

  6. Put it back in the oven for 10-15 minutes and serve hot with some yogurt or sour cream on top!
