Two Ingredient Flatbread Pizza

Okay, so you’ve made the viral flatbead that I raved about or you just have some bread that you have no idea what to do with. Let me show you what my wife Natasha does with it — she makes it into a pizza!

Now you can add anything of your choice, natasha chose some tomato confit as the source of fat (you can use olive oil) along with mozarella and basil and that’s it. Honestly not much of a recipe but hey, it’s healthier than opening that pack of chips to satiate your snacky cravings!

Ingredients

1 flatbread

1 teaspoon of olive oil or confit tomato

1/2 fresh tomato, sliced into rounds

A handful of mozarella cheese (preferably cherry mozzarella)

Fresh basil

Salt, to taste

Method

In a non-stick pan on medium flame, drop your flatbread. Drizzle some oil along with your pizza toppings. Keep a lid and let the pizza cook off until the cheese gets nice and melty. And that’s it!
